Checking dates, does it block the calendar?
No. Checking the calendar, selecting a period or verifying dates does not block any nights.
Does sending the form confirm my booking?
No. This is a stay request. Najia checks the dates and sends you a proposal. The stay becomes confirmed after her explicit agreement and acceptance of the agreed terms.
How do I know the price and minimum nights?
Select an arrival and departure in the calendar. The estimated price and minimum nights depend on the period. If no price is available for your dates, Najia specifies this in her proposal before any commitment.
Can I pay directly on the site?
Online payment is not currently available. Najia communicates the payment terms with her stay proposal.
How do I know if Najia has received my request?
After sending, a screen message confirms the recording of your request and displays its reference. Najia receives a notification to respond to you. This recording message is not a booking confirmation.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation, deposit and refund conditions are communicated in Najia's proposal before confirmation. Check stay conditions and ask your questions before committing.
Can I change my dates?
Contact Najia to check the new period. Any changes depend on availability and her agreement.
