Terms of stay
Request a Stay
The accommodation sleeps up to four guests. Choose an arrival and departure date, and the number of guests in the availability calendar, then send your request to Najia. Viewing the calendar and sending a request does not block the dates.
Confirm Your Booking
Najia checks availability and sends you a proposal specifying the dates, total price, and conditions of your stay. The booking is confirmed only after your explicit agreement and acceptance of the agreed terms.
Price and Payment
The price depends on the dates and duration chosen. When an amount appears in the calendar, it is an estimate to be confirmed with Najia. Any additional fees, taxes, and payment methods will be specified before your commitment. No online payment is currently required on the site.
Arrival and Departure
Timings are agreed with Najia. The apartment is on the fourth floor with a lift. Self-check-in instructions and garage access are provided after confirmation.
Pool and Residence Life
The pool is shared with the residence and its use follows the timings and rules of the place. Please respect the neighbourhood's peace and quiet and the communal spaces. Notify Najia of any special needs before confirming your stay.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation, refund, deposit and guarantee terms are communicated in Najia's proposal before confirmation. Date changes depend on availability and her agreement.
Availability
Calendar exchanges with platforms are not instant. Najia checks dates before confirming each stay.
